What would you do to strengthen Knoxville?
1) Invest more in recycling. Establish an organic garden at every school and teach gardening K-12. 2) Create a nonprofit, endowed community newspaper with lots of reporters and distribute to every household daily. Without newspapers communities incrementally wither.

Fun family multi-generational gatherings and laughing with friends.
