In ten years from now I can see Knoxville as a place that is filled with great opportunities for each individual to excel. Which will be accomplished through training and developing diverse groups of servant leaders. Each servant leader will operate in integrity and accountability.

What would you do to strengthen Knoxville?
I would strengthen Knoxville by bringing more community leaders together to develop ideas and plans that will empower each individual to become productive servant leaders in the community. Also, I would provide ongoing trainings and development for each leader.
What is your favorite Knoxville memory?
My favorite Knoxville memory is when I accepted Christ as my personal Savior. My life was changed and I realized my true purpose for life.
What is your favorite book or what book is currently on your nightstand?
Have a multitude of books on my shelf. Here are a few of them. Moral Leadership, Love is the way, and The Art of community.
What is the best advice you have received from a mentor, and who was that mentor?
My brother Will told me to give my best in everything and when I succeed, always remember there is still room for improvement.
What advice would you give to your 16 year old self?
I would tell my 16 year old self to seek wisdom through God’s word. Also, enjoy life and make sure to prepare for the future. Additionally, treat others the way that I want to be treated.
