Leadership Knoxville Facilitation and Training Services focuses on building people, building groups and building community.

For more than a decade, Leadership Knoxville has offered facilitation and training services to local organizations.  Trained facilitators assess group needs and assist group members with achieving goals and functioning at their most productive level. Leadership Knoxville facilitators have worked with more than 400 entities in the greater Knoxville area and region.

Activities include team building, conflict resolution, teaching collaboration, mission/vision development, strategic plan development, and more.
